- Clindamycin & adapalene combination appears to be more efficacious & better tolerated tan the conventional formulation for treatment of acne vulgaris in Indian patient
- Inhibiting bacteria protein synthesis at the ribosomal level & is believed to kill bacteria associated with acne.
- Decreases the number & severity of acne pimples & promote quick healing of pimples that do develop
